LitQuake2014Tickets are on sale for LitQuake 2014. This year’s schedule celebrates the 15th anniversary with more than 900 writers, featuring such literary talents as Nicholson Baker, Po Bronson (What Should I Do With My Life), Cara Black (Murder in the Marias), Novella Carpenter (Farm City), Katie Crouch (Girls in Trucks),Emma Donoghue (Room), Andrew Sean Greer (The Impossible Lives of Gretta Wells), Daniel Handler (Why We Broke Up), Adam Johnson (The Orphan Master’s Son), Edan Lepucki (California), Yiyun Li (Kinder Than Solitude), Marc Maron (Attempting Normal), Rosie Schaap (Drinking with Men), Rebecca Solnit (Men Explain Things to Me), Ellen Sussman (A Wedding in Provence), and more!

Other festival highlights include a full day of literary fun in downtown San Rafael, the first-ever booksXdesign exhibit of the 50 best Bay Area book covers, a San Francisco literary bike tour, Kidquake and Teenquake programs, as well as the annual Barbary Coast Award presented this year to 826 Valencia, McSweeney’s, The Believer and all the other fantastic projects created by Dave Eggers and Vendela Vida.
