@VerizonSupport @VZWSupport The hubs accidentally paid off the rest of his device when he still had 12m of credit left (~$400). Called cust. serv. & they said they can only credit back 3m. Isn't that a bit greedy?! Can someone please help?

@MoormanPercy their were trying to push to make me wear a mask at this place here and the state I live I can't go into a government building without wearing a mask is discrimination and when I report to DOJ fake rights they did nothing they close the case, Verizon also refusing service.

@TehKluma @VZWSupport Verizon is a trash company and I'm glad i got rid of them a long time ago. I use cricket. Me and the gf each have a line with unlimited everything for $90 a month. Verizon can suck it, they're the worst.

Doesn’t work. I’m sure the many kind people that answer thousands of Verizon CS DMs are doing what they’re told but it’s not enough. Every single time it’s starting from scratch. “Hi how may I help you? IMEI, oh we don’t have you, log in please (I can’t) then call us (I can’t)(3)

@VZWSupport Why don't you offer the same deals to existing customers as you offer to entice new customers? I fully understand trying to grow your business but it makes a loyal customer feel like you take my business for granted.

@VZWSupport The problem is that now you can only suspend for “vacation or other” ONCE every 12 months. This does me no good. I’m sure there’s another option, though, if I’m willing to pay extra for it

@Ask_Spectrum reps talk crazy when you owe money. Crazy how the bill was paid when service wasn't working and they take NO CREDIT FOR THEIR SERVICES NOT WORKING during the pandemic. They want to pay pennies for days even when service was out FOR MONTHS..@VERIZON
