While weended uppurchasing atravel trailer from aprivate party, wedid soonly because the dealership was too far away. Nate, however, was very, very helpful, going above and beyond. His info was accurate and prompt, and when hedidn't know, hesaidso, only toreturn later after doing his homework the answers wesought. Thanks, Nate.

Purchased an80k toy hauler from these guys. Walk around was disappointing and didn't have very much confidence sowe skipped over afew things. Ended upgoing home and multiple small broken items with unit. They told meto bring itback and they could look atit but itwill cost menearly $150infuel plus the time tofixit. Broken license plate brakes, 2light switches don't work, wall trim onslide iscompletely separated atbottom, toilet leaking. Very disappointing that they let this unitgo the way itis. And ifit was missed, asmistakes dohappen, how much attention todetail islacking with that many things wrong? Inoticed itfirstday. For spending $80000 I'm not very happy. Just being honest. Iasked for them tojust send melights toreplace itbut they wanted meto bring itin. Ialso can't even mount mylicense plate soI'm going tohave todrill holes orreplace brake light myself. Really annoying.
To the dealership: Iwill rectify and change this review ifyou domake this right forus. I'm not asking for anything extra, just wanted the RVto bein good shape asI did purchase itnew. Idon't think that expectation isout ofline.

After having mytrailer serviced atCamping World ofMedford, Iwas referred toGander ofTalent inthe next town over for their availability ofa dumping site and propane fill. The three salespeople were super nice inthe retail shop and helpful with mypurchases and installing apropane gauge. Several days later Ireturned for other shopping, and tojust pause tocomplete myroute before heading tothe coast. Once again Iwas greeted bytwo different salespeople who were equally super friendly and accommodating. What asense ofrelief tofind this center along the way toget mybearings for myonward journey!
