Summary: As a Seafood Processor, you will properly process various species of seafood, ensuring maximum use and yield of product. In addition, consistently maintain a high production pace in all areas of production.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and grade product.
Sort and separate products by species, size, quality, or color.
Clean product.
Place product in containers or on conveyors.
Remove or pick debris or product from the conveyor.
Sanitize work area and equipment.
Properly package product.
Properly sort and sort out excess products.
Assist with workspace, plant clean-up, and upkeep.
Adhere to all sanitation and product quality policies.
Communicate quality issues to supervisors and leads.
Maintain plant safety at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:Required
At least 18 years old
Preferred
Prior experience with food processing equipment
Prior food safety experience
Prior experience in a processing environment
Pay Range: $18.06 hourly
